The beginning is a little awkward with a few errors. I don't actually understand what you are trying to say with the first sentence...where have you shown your communication skills?

Also - "Qualifications" usually means the skills and training that make you able to do the job - not personal qualities. You can mention your personal qualities in describing the work or training that makes you right for the job. So I do not think "Good Personality" fits here.

"Being consulting" is not right - you usually do not have two words ending with "-ing" next to each other. I think you can just say "consulting."

Also say "7 years' experience" - "7 year old" is a child. :)
