aren't. Why do people think they know you, but they really don't. They assume all kinds of bad stuff about a person without really getting to know him or her?

I have, I think it has to do with people making assumptions and taking a mistake you make as a proof of you being a bad person.

My ex-husband and his wife and mother-in-law and his own mother and brother (let's see, that makes 5 people) think I'm a bad person because he was abusive & cruel & lies to everyone about me. That's their problem. Currently, my daughter's teacher & the school principal think I'm a bad person because I dared to tell the teacher she was wrong in how she has been treating my daughter. Okay, so that makes 7 people. I don't have any respect for the opinions of these people, so it matters not what they think about me. Everyone else I know however, likes me and thinks I'm a nice person. Above all, I know the truth about myself, and God knows my heart, and that's all that matters.

Umm....a lot of times. I know some of my previous actions were not really great ideas, but people seem to assume that one slip up makes me a terrible person. They are very wrong. Of course, some times I make generalizations too.

First impressions is everything... for most people. It is hard not to make a judgment call the minute you look someone over.. I know this sucks from personal experience as I had hair almost down to my waist for years.

i have. mostly by girls. not because i slept w/every guy that came near but because i made friends w/guys really easy. girls have always judged me by my looks. they never took the chance to get to no me. but the way i look at it is if u dont like the way i look or dont like me because of them then ur not worth my time and u dont have to look my way. ive just never really cared what ppl thought of me because i new the truth and thats all that really matters.

i got people who hate me before they know me but if dat happens to u dont care wat they think they just tryin to bring u down jus stick wit the friends u have
