People have normal conversations on super-sonic jets so i assume you are talking about if you were to theoretically stick your head out the window of a jet and yell. As long as your mouth was ahead of you ears realtive to the direction of motion, yes the sound waves would pass over your ears but i doubt you could hear anything with 800mph wind in your face.

If you were to stick your head out of the window facing the back of the plane and shouted, then no, the sound waves from your shout wouldnt be able to 'catch up' to your ear drums

Whao good question..depends what the situation is. Since nobody can NATURALLY go that fast, you would have to be helped by some outside force, i.e. an airplane. If you are going at supersonic speeds inside the airplane, then sure you could hear yourself, because the sound waves will stay inside the airplane. But if you just happened to be flying through the air at supersonic speeds, then you could not hear yourself yell.

You don't hear yourself through the air. The sound is conducted directly to your inner ear through your body. You can test this by putting your fingers in your ears, and talking.
People traveling on planes at supersonic speeds do not hear the sonic booms they produce. Nor would the hear the sound produced by something at the moment they flew by. You can out run sound waves.

Claytr0n's answer is what I would have said, except to add that much of your own voice that you hear is transmitted through your skull, not through the air; this is why you sound different to yourself than you do to others. So you would still hear those sounds.

Of course, your eardrums would be blown out from the wind noise and the shock waves would not be good for you...
