There's this one guy that I've been kinda talking to and over time I kinda developed feelings for him. I dont know if he likes me though.. How do I know? I wanna know if he likes me or if im wasting my time liking him. I dont wanna hella go up to him and ask him.. but everytime I talk to him.. he brightens up my day.. he completes my day. >.< But then I don't know how he feels towards me. I stay having butterflies when I'm on the phone. Please SOMEONE help me!! HOW WILL I KNOW?!?! and WHAT SHOULD I DO?

You need to get this straight! You will know he likes you when he tells you so and not before. If he does not say so, then he is not interested in you.
You could save yourself some heartache and ask him, if you are very interested but I advise you against it.
So what do you do? Either bide your time and wait or bide your time and look elsewhere while you wait.

Calm down! lol haha... All people are different when showing they like someone so it can be hard to tell...You can always get someone to find out for you or flirt with him just alittle (not sexual or anything just to give him a hint you like him) to see how he takes it, if he likes you it might give him a signal that you like him too which will give him more confidence to ask you out if he likes you.

he likes you. ask him if he have any one who he likes, and if he try to weezle out, then ask him do men like girls like you, then if its positeve, ask like how about me kinda, then etc...
