other that surgery nothing else works. all that other stuff people will tell you to try is usually a bunch of garbage and none of it works. the new surgery techniques they have are very safe and proven to work, it just usually costs alot of money. good luck

I've done research in this area and have found that enhancement can be accomplished by a plastic surgeon with the experience with this type of surgery and the most one can get is 1 inch in length and or 1 inch increase in girth. The cost is 25,000-35.000 dollars. Sources vary somewhat. The average length hard is 5.1-5.7 inches. Experience with large penises left me disappointed and in pain. Bigger is not better. It was an experience of endurance rather than pleasure. I also found that smaller penises are more enjoyable for all kinds of sex. Bigger is better is a myth. Never again! Have a happy year and enjoy what you have; I know your partner will.

Well the truth my friend there is nothing you can do about it.Just be glad with what you got.Some people get big penises and some get small,and well we have to be satisfied with what we get.
