In 1991, the belt was "by default" the property of Flair, as he had a $25,000 USD deposit on it when he took the belt with him to the World Wrestling Federation after being fired from World Championship Wrestling by Jim Herd who refused to pay the deposit back. Flair, in the WWF, would announce the belt as being "The Real World Title". World Championship Wrestling barred images of the belt from being shown on TV and ultimately bought the belt from Flair for $35,000 USD which covered the $25,000 deposit Flair had on the belt plus interest.

real, even the wrestlers have said that they're heavy, thats why they don't wear them around their waist, lol, theres one wrestling belt thats in Titans Tower, its worth a lot of money, I think its made of nothing but gold and its the World Heavyweight Championship, I may be wrong though, I can't remember where I read that at.....

just buy one at m,any different internet sites or even at the house shows that each organization sells their merchandise as i know when they were here in La they were selling for $250.00 and some were more and less as the internet sites selling them for $499.00 as they are heavy they must have some realness in them. judge for yourself.
