I have heard of mother's milk tea but I am looking for something in the form of a pill. I have heard alot of different answers and I don't know which is right. And if you know about how much it costs a bottle.

Well the first thing you need to know is that if you increase your supply and it isn't low then you could not only end up engorged but oversupply can cause stomach problems for your little one. So firstly assess your supply:
Is your milk supply really low?

The more u pump or feed the more milk your body will produce. I have successfully breastfed 2 kids , it works. I have also taken many breastfeeding classes and had a lactation specialist & they say this is the way to produce more milk. Good luck!!

My sister-n-law had to go "back" to breastfeeding after officially quitting for a few weeks and her doctor told her that carrot juice will increase her milk supply. All natural and you can get it from the grocery store. Hope it works.

sorry i haven't hear of anything like that, but i do know drinking plently of water, eating well and having baby nurse more often helps to increase breast milk... good luck!

the only thing that is going to work is to feed or pump more.
