Every woman is different. Both of your questions are determined by the woman. I have known some to never show signs and I myself had signs almost immediately with the nauea/vomiting. You cant know accurately if you are indeed pregnant unless you go to a physician and get tested. Good luck!

Geeze. Every woman is different! My first, I didn't have any! (Boy) My second I had nausea but no vomiting. (boy) You can have it as soon as you get pregnant and through out the whole thing. The guideline is usually from the beginning to the second trimester or 4th month. But this isn't the same for all. (just a guideline) You should know if you are pregnant from a test at the earliest of one missed period. If you are a day or so late then you can take a test and it "should" tell you if you are or not. Take more than one. You don't have to buy the expensive one like the digital read out. (incorrect for me) The correct ones for me was the ept one line or two lines one. I believe it's the first response. I took it kind of early and I took a no name brand and it came out + and then took the ept digital one and it said - then I took the ept 1 line or two line first response and it was +. I took it so early that when I did the ultrasound it didn't even show up! I would go with the regular ept first response!

i got morning sickness for the 1st 6 weeks than i realised particular smells and tastes made me that way, not every woman ahs it but there are quiet a few that do.
I found out i was pregnant 2 weeks after we had sex, my dr told me that if u thing u have a possible chance of being pregnant do a test 2 weeks after u suspect or a week after u have missed period, my sister doesnt beleive in all that stuff so she just waits around till she has missed her period for 3 mnths than she does

When I was pregnant with my daughter, I began getting morning sickness when I first found out I was pregnant. (Morning sickness meaning morning, noon, and night). I stayed sick with her until I was 6 months pregnant. (She was 6 lbs 4 oz). However, I did not have any sickness when I was pregnant with my son. (He was 8 lbs 13 oz). I think it just depends on the woman.

Not every woman. You generally can get an accurate test result by about a week after your missed period.
