I think they will go to the ACS and mabye the World Series.

They will get off to a slow start, but then they will start to really kick butt around mid season. Unfortunately, then 6 of their starters will go on the DL, and then they will trade their best/most reliable players to the Cardinals.

I would love to see them win the whole shebang, but I think they'll be beaten in the ALCS, by the Yankees. I actually like the Matthews pickup, but the bat needed to protect Vlad never appeared. I hope that bat comes from within...Kotchman especially (maybe real longshots Brandon Wood, who is getting some playing time at 3rd during the spring, and Terry Evans, a 30-30 man last year in the minors). Even without the big bat besides Vlad, they got the pitching and enough hitting to go far, esp in the weak AL West.

I'm an A's fan, but unfortunately I think the Angels will win the division. They have a 5-man rotation that no one else, other than maybe the Tigers, can match.
It'll be close between the A's and the Angels, but the Halo's will win out. I predict they'll lose to the Tigers in the ALCS.

Although I hated their offseason, they still have more talent than anyone else in the division. I think they'll win the division and lose in the first round. I like their team overall, but really didn't get the way they spent some of their $$$ this year!

I'm a huge Angels fan, but unless someone surprises on offense to help Vlad, they'll be lucky to win that division. I guess you've got to pick them with Zito gone from Oakland though... - todd shriber

i think they'll win the west and then get swept by the tigers in the first round and if they vs the yankees i hope they blow there brains out with a wooden broom.
