Help me with The Suffering II please....?

Im at the destroyd and burning house with the worm outside that drops, or pukes, monsters. What do I do? Ive been killin $h!t fer awhile, but to no end.

You need to kill the worm itself (the hoarde). There is a grenade launcher you can pick up near where it is, grab that and fire grenades into the hoarde's mouth. Once you manage to get about 15 grenades into it's mouth it will fall and you get the next checkpoint. During this process, remember that you can save at any time...take advantage of this to avoid a lot of annoying repetition. That way if it kills you after you've gotten 5 or 10 grenades into it's mouth, you don't have to start from zero again. Good luck!
