My mom and I were heading back to the airport when we saw this thing in Philly. Any help would be great!!

I don't know about the exit number, but if you're going South on 95, and looking right, it's the old Holmesburg Prison. It was in use up into the 80s, I think, when they built the detention center across 95 on the waterfront. It's so well fortified and it has tons of asbestos that they can't knock it down.

It's not Eastern State Penitentiary, as that is nowhere near 95. It might be Holmesburg prison, but that is on the right hand side of 95 when you're heading south.

What exit is 30?

Yes, an old jail. Have you seen "Up Close and Personal?" They film part of it there. It is closed now.
