I am a 13 year old male. My mother is 5`7 and my father is 5`11. I want to be in the NBA some day but the odds of that are ver very slim. Aside from that I want to be tall. Being in the NBA calls for some tall people...and I would love to fit that. Is there any way to NATURALLY grow?..im talkin exercises and stuff like that...no pills or anything. Any Ideas??

NO, you will never make it to the NBA I could tell by the way you type. NO, you will not grow taller because I said so. NO there is no way to "Naturally" grow. YOU MIGHT AS WELL ABANDONE YOUR DREAM BECAUSE YOU ARE NOT CUT TO BE A NBA PLAYER. In case you haven't noticed, Basketball is FAKE. It's sorta like wrestling. They decide which team gets to win beforehand. They pick who wins and who loses because there are bets made on who will win. And all the money will go to the winning team. And they take turns back and forth. Let me tell you something. A long time ago, Michael Jordan was playing a game and his team was supposed to lose. BUT, he got too excited and he shot the ball and he made it. His team was supposed to lose but they won. Lots of bets were won and lots of money were lost. Recently after that happened, Jordan's father was killed in a "Car accident". The same goes for all major sports not just basketball.

Unfortunately, there is absolutely nothing that you can do to make yourself grow taller than you were already going to. It's genetically pre-determined and the only way you can affect it is by poor nutrition and other poor health habits, and in that case you would be shorter, not taller. Some kids who are significantly short for their age are given a synthetic version of HGH (Human Growth Hormone) to help them grow. This is reserved for extreme cases, and it doesn't sound as though you fit into this category. Your best bet is to get proper nutrition, exercise and sleep. That way, will maximize your growth potential.

5 feet 11.5 inches = your predicted growth potential, based on your parent's heights

Look at the people iin your family- are there any tall ones? My dad is 5'11'', my mom is 5'3" and my brother ended up being 6'3". I think it is very important that you have the best nutrition you can. Stay away from processed foods and eat lots of healthy whole (does not come in a can or box) foods.

I am sorry, but it looks like you will never be that tall unless something drastic happens. You will probably end up being around 5'11, which isn't that bad. Height isn't everything in the NBA, you need skills too so don't give up on your dreams just yet. Good luck!

Definitly, a glass a milk definitly will help too. I suggest playing allot of basketball, 8 ounce glass milk a day, dont over do it, exercise alot, and definitly get an aerobic work out like running. Also try to stretch alot too. that helps.
