Dont let anyone tell you that your too short. If you recall Spud Webb (5'7") and Nate Robinson (5'9"). They can dunk. Your only 13 so you will probably grow a couple of inches, maybe more. The big thing to build leg muscles and increase vertical leap is Plyometrics. They will help tremendously. You may also look into some JumpSoles. I gained 5in i 5 weeks with those. But, keep jumping and you will be dunking in no time.

No. here are my reasons

1. YOUR IN 7TH GRADE NEXT YEAR! Even Michael Jordan had to wait for 9TH.
2. YOUR 5,6 OR 5,7. I don't know how great of an athlete you are and if you are a great athlete you should be worried about basketball. If you can dunk by next year I give you kudos but Nate Robinson can dunk and he barely plays.

Well you probably will not be able to. Most kids your age can not dunk and very few people your height can. I could touch rim when i was your height but alot depends on how close you are to dunking now. If your able to touch the rim now then you might be able to reach your goal but if you still have a foot to go then no you wont dunk next year. Why are you going to be in 7th grade 2 years?

You all really short to be able to dunk but your only in 7th grade so give it some more time. If you keep training and get up to around 6' you will be able to dunk.

k so im thinkin probably not next year, but maybe sometime in hischool...and i dont think the height is a huge problem, nate robinson is pretty short and he does amazing dunks...and besides youll probably grow...without growing, youd have to have some incredible leg muscles...

Nothing is impossible but you are not tall enough to dunk. My guess you need to be at least 6'.4" to dunk.

not tall enough...try squats...strengthens up your legs so they will be stronger. i do those everyday and i can almost touch, about a couple of inches off. i am 6'1", 13 years old, and in the seventh grade
