I know which sweatpants your you're talking about they are the one's ciara has on in her video. Although I didn't find the exact same one I did find these from www.alloy.com. I would also try places like old navy, the gap, urban outfitters, or anywhere that might sell urban clothing.

Hollister, Abercrombie, Anchor Blue and Aeropastle are just a few and we really have good figures to pull it off and yes they look cute on most people i guess!
