With or without uniform?
I would say
1. Vince Young - he seems to react faster
2. Marcus Vick for the same as above reason
3. Bush. But if the race was the entire length of the football field, then Bush would be number one. Vick and Young would run out of steam.

Reggie Bush is much faster than either Marcus Vick or Vince Young, but Ted Ginn, Jr. can outrun any of them.

Sorry but Vince young is not on their level in terms of speed. Bush is one of the quickest players in the league and Marcus is in the top 50. Vince is fast for a Qb but not fast.

Maybe not anymore but Vick was faster (in his prime) than Bush. Then injuries happened.

Out of those three, it would be Marcus Vick because he can run a 4.3. In the NFL, it's D'Angelo Hall of the Atlanta Falcons, because he can run low 4.2s.

i don't care about fast but i gotta give some props to mah boy VY for makin it out to the big league...he truly got's game and plus since im from Austin , Texas i gotta go with him for MVP of the NFL..he he jk...but yeah big props to Vince Young baby....bleedin orange 4 life..yay yay. BTW....VY is faster than Vick...
