if not hurt why off work...........lost wages would be for just that, now if you had to go to the docs and be checked out and all that stuff then you can apply for that as well as the petrol costs going t the docs etc etc...........suggest you get a lawyer, even the 1800 numbers will cover your interests and steer you around the law.

If you weren't hurt, why did you lose pay? I think if you were to sue, you'd have to sue for something like pain and suffering (even if they were emotional rather than physical).

No, to sue, you need to prove that there was some damages.
