Yeah, they do but later than most of the other retailers as Burton wants to give it's other retailers a chance to sell through before they drop their prices. Next years product usually hits the stores in July or August so just before then you will see the sales.
And as for the previous guy, you have no idea what you are talking about. Burton makes gear at all price points and ALL their stuff is high quality. I've been a Burton Dealer for four years now and in that time I have not seen ever one warranty issue on any of their products other than gloves. Not one board, not one boot, not one binding.....NONE!
You just claimed that Palmer has better prices and yet they have boards selling for $1900 and the performance isnt' that great (and boards of the same pricepoint don't even compare). Not to mention that Winterstick is out of business, Lib Tech and Gnu are owned by the biggest most corporate company around, Ride is owned by a ski company and every Option board I have ever ridden or seen has delaminated. In fact the only company you mentioned, other than Burton that I'd buy is NeverSummer. Have you ever owned a Burton or ridden one? Have you ridden all the boards you just mentioned? I have.
I've been riding the same T6 for three years and I have not had a problem. In fact, I have NEVER been able to ride a board for more than two seasons as I wear them out in one, usually. All my Burton decks are holding up very well.
I realize that you obviously don't like Burton stuff and that's fine. But stop talking about how they are over priced and are bad quality because you're clueless. Pump up the companies you stand behind because talking trash, especially when you don't know, is lame.

no, they don't. Burton hardly ever goes on sale, and even when it does, it is STILL over-priced. best advice would be to steer clear of Burton products, as they are not only way over-priced, but often are of lesser quality than many other brands that aren't as expensive.
for snowboards, if you go with Lib-Tech, Gnu, Ride, or Option, you are guaranteed to get a better board for a lower price. if, for some reason, you really want to spend alot of money, then WinterStick, NeverSummer, or Palmer all make better decks than Burton, at about the same price.

yeah they do, but only in the off season, and even that is only if you live in an area that doesnt have year round snow (but im assuming that you dont) try to haggle the price too, sometimes they have deals where if you buy other items then you get a discount. you should look for sales during the june thru august time
