Should i buy an Xbox360? i've recently been intraduced to Gears of War ,any feedback?

360 sucks my friend. get a ps3 or a wii. i will say this, i have played gears of war and i thought the graphics were beautiful. i just hear all my friends ***** about the 360 overheating and breaking and having to get sent in. read yahoo answers, everyone has had a problem at least once. and no xbox fanboy can deny this, the 360 is extremely loud. i mean very loud. all 360 fans are gonna tell you that the ps3 is junk cuz it dont have many games. well, it took a year for the 360 to get gears.

Absolutly. The 360 may be expensive but it is cheaper than the PS3. The PS3 is great I love it but the cheaper one still costs $650. The most expensive 360 is $400. The graphics are the same for the systems. PS3 doesn't have very many games out that are sole-system where as the 360 has lots. The PS3 has 9 so far and the 360 has 18 which is twice as many games. Gears of War was named game of the year and got 9.9 out of 10 which tied Splinter Cell Chaos Theory for highest rated game ever. Once you play Gears you never go back. I prefer the 360 because the menu that you start with is so easy to manage. The 360 is perfect system right now. The Wii cannot even compare. The graphics aren't as good and the games are different and more complicated. The controllers don't work as well and sensors get mixed up. On the other hand the 360 controllers are just like the origional so it is easy to get used to. It is the best.

My half-brother's Xbox has had no problems so far.But before you spend the money just for this one game, Ask yourself are there any other games you want for this system. Yes PS3 doesn't have many games, but dude it just came out. But I think it has more than nine. A lot more. As for the Wii, it isn't a tecnologically advanced system, but nintendo has been all about innovation, and finding new ways to play games. It all depends on your other preferences. Yes it is a good game, But it isn't a good enough reason to spend at least $300 for. And the cheapest PS3 costs $499.99 not $650. But what other games do you play? There should be more things that influence you, than just one game. In the next year Sony WILL bring out more games for its system. And the Wii still has Metroid Prime, and Mario to help it in the Next-gen race. Good Luck on your decision.

P.S You don't have to use the Wii controller if you don't like it. You can always get the original nintendo controller.

don't listen to all the people who hate xbox360. LOL. i own a xbox360 and i also own GoW. xbox 360 is an awesome system even though some systems are screwed up because my xbox 360 was broken after 2 weeks i bought it. they sent me a brand new system when i sent it in. GoW is very gory and has awesome gameplay and graphics, it's a must buy.
