You can pick up a kit at most department stores or pharmacies that allows you to shape the brows with an eyebrow pencil.
Don't tweeze too much and don't tweeze on the top side of your brows. It's better to have brows too thick than too thin.
The eyebrow kit costs around $12 and is re-useable.
Sounds like a good deal to me.
Eyebrows should start roughly above the inner corner of your eye and extend down to approximately where your eyes (with a pencil angled out and upwards) end up.
Never, ever, ever shave your eyebrows; you'll forever look like a SURPRISED CLOWN!

In Ohio, it costs $15 to get your eyebrows waxed. I have to get my eyebrows done weekly but don't have time so I pluck in between. I definitely have to go at least once a month. It's worth the money. Do not try to wax your eyebrows yourself. I tried that once and ripped half of my eyebrow off.

I live in San Jose, Cali where it seems everything is expensive. I can spend on just my eyebrows $12-35 to get them waxed. I go to my usual girl who does a fantasic job and its $15 plus tip.

I usually always pay about seven dollars, but don't forget to tip. It's just common courtesy. It will be worth it to get your eyebrows waxed if that is what you are talking about! Go for it.

at most spas they're around 20 bucks. at random little nail places along the street they're about 7. waxing and threading are basically the same price, too, if you were wondering.
p.s. those prices don't include tip.
