If you are running Windows XP then you click on Start and when the menu comes up you right click on my computer, another menu will pop up and you click on properties, this will show you the computer name, cpu, ram (memory) etc.

The menu that appears when you "right click" depends on what object the cursor is over when you do the click. Not knowing what you're clicking on, and what you are trying to do, it is very difficult to guess where you want to go from there.
Please detail exactly what you are trying to do, and we can answer it better....

5 ... kidding, click on start, control panel, and then double click system. On the "general" tab, it will tell you how much ram you have.

On your desktop, you right click on it. You can also go to Control Panel if you need to adjust something.
