Sexy is the femininity you exhume from within, coupled with confidence good grooming is important, but mostly it's how you project yourself and your approachability and sense of playfulness that I think appeal to a man. Most men like women with a good head on their shoulders too.
In a man, it's that "gentleman" factor and a great smile and eyes that smile that's sexy to me, coupled with confidence, sense of humour, manners and well a good cologne makes my heart skip a beat too. *S*

Sexy is when my fiance is out in the rain, getting soaking wet, comes inside gives me a big hug and kiss getting me soaked and telling me that he loves me. I fall to the floor everytime.
