lol.... yes a 'gas' crisis.... too much reliance on the smelly thing. I'm sure the farts of McDonalds addicts could fuel a few trucks as well..... if only we could harness it.!

What crisis ? I filled my tank for under $35 yesterday . And that was from "empty"- since I refused to gas up at Citgo . I would rather take the risk , of having to call a tow-truck - and drive with my gas light on - than support that Chavez idiot ..

World-wide oil production is beginning to peak out.
Query "Peak Oil" on the Internet for details and surprising statements by Dick Cheney.
In the 1960's E. F. Shumaker predicted two oil crises. In the early '70s the oil production in the US began to decline. Now we are beginning to experience the same phenomenon, but this time it is worldwide.
We can expect the price of oil to continue to increase exponentially as oil fields become exhausted. Check out "peak oil" on the Internet. Our oil-based economy will suffer and our statndard of living will be affected.

I agree. We should all save collect our farts, compress it and use it as energy! I got a lot saved up from that large pizza I had last night. With extra garlic!
