The rental company should report to the credit bureau approx. once a month. So you could have 30 days or just a few days. Depending on when they last sent a statement.

Depends on owner of property. Even if rental company is involved they should clear it with owner before contacting credit bureaus. If you were a good tenant until the end and left home in good condition... they may not file. If you were a bad tenant, always late, always having troubles, left home dirty and in needs of repairs and need to replace carpets, paint etc. Owner could report late payments prior to eviction and then eviction as soon as it is official.

It really depends on the rental company. If you leave owing money then it could be on your report within 30 days, otherwise it may not show up at all. If you went to court for the eviction then it will be on your background report immediately.
