Have you got that option checked in the tool menu?
Go to Outlook go to tools, go to options, go to send tab, Make sure "Save copy to the sent folder is checked"
Actually I have all of those boxes checked in the Send tab.

Go to tools, then click options then click the send tab. Then put a check in the first box I think. Save messages sent in sent folder.
Good Luck hope it helps.

Just create a gmail account or an aol mail account or yahoo mail account. All are free and have what you are looking for. Just send a message to all opf your friends that you are switching over.

gmail.com
aol.com then click mail...you'll have the option to make free one
