well...my mom says that every morning when u get up u should look into the mirror and smile/laugh...and accoriding other ur day goes pretty well...maybe u could try that
just relax...do something u enjoy like listening to music, drawing, or even sleeping...dont think about hte stuff that made u upset today...it just piles on stress...do something fun! look up nosense on youtube...read some jokes online...and laugh until u fall to the floor clutching ur stomach...that could just save ur day

Unwind from a tough day, with pampering yourself. Get a bubble bath, play your favorite music, light some candles. After you are all relaxed, think of something funny that happened to you. When you get ready for bed, make yourself a promise, tommorow, I will have a better day. When you wake up in the morning, before even stepping out of bed, think to yourself, this day is going to be great. You can't always change what happens in your day but you can change your attitude.

Today is almost over, thankfully, and tomorrow is a new day!

I'm sorry you had such an icky day today. Maybe relaxing with a movie or long soak in the tub will help you unwind and get some much needed rest!

Don't worry very much, try to stay relax. Take a deep breath and slowly exhale. Now if you have the chance, pray to God and ask him to relief you from your frustrations. Just sit on the couch with everything of. You need some down time. Try not to think about what happened today. Just relax on your couch. Lie down if you have to. Or listen to your favorite music. Sex would be good for your frustrations or stress. Good enough, yes? Just relax, OK?

put on some music. Upbeat stuff. Dance to it. Sing to it. Leave it on until it really gets to you. Then go to bed. You'll see. Music just has a way of lifting your spirits. It has to be upbeat though. Put on stuff that is older that you know the words too. It works. I do it a lot. Make sure it's not depressing stuff though like love songs or something. You need some crazy stuff. Good luck. Also go to the jokes and riddles part of y!a. that helps a lot too. chow
