Why do I hate seeing ambitious people who always saying that they can achieve their goals?

Well, I'm always around smart people. And they always show off their smartness too much, even sometimes inappropriately mocking other people. Is it not wrong for me hating them? I mean sometimes I always feel guilty hating them because you know, people are different.

Sometimes intelligence makes you think that everyone else is stupid. Your friends, obviously feel that way. You are right to get upset when they treat people that way behind their backs. They are, however, actually showing weakness by having to belittle themselves that way. Lose them and let them remain in their private hells. They are obviously not happy if they have to make fun of other people to get a laugh.

A truly smart person wouldn't make fun of people that aren't are as smart.There's a difference between smart and intelligent. Maybe,
they're intelligent because if you are smart you wouldn't that.
That just brings you to a lower level.Just tell them, that if they're
smart why do they need to make fun of others in order
to find amusement?

You can just ignore, and remember that if someone is smart they
won't show it off, and mock other people.

Why? Maybe its because you have goals yourself that you want to achieve that you haven't yet, that you know that you want too, but can't because there are things in the way that is stopping you from doing so.

I feel the same way but i always though it was because im in an excelerated program and im the stupidest one in there.
