seems to me that in his taking a video of her and asking her this particular question, he might have been planning to suggest to any viewer that she 'also used mushrooms to get high'? Doesn't this seem as if he anticipated being accused of aiding/abetting her in her drug use? If he truly loved her and Daniel, do you feel this was a complimentary and protective thing for him to do at her most vulnerable low poiint? Also, doesn't it seem strange that he was mostly concerned about his tapes of her when he learned that her home had been ransacked? Wonder why he keeps looking down most of the time when commenting/answering questions about her? Wasn't he her attorney and likely knows about such 'body language' in the courtroom setting about her case? How long did she actually live in Marilyn Monroe's last home?

It's quite simple. His body language certainly suggests he is lying. The "clown" video was seen as if he were making fun of Smith. If he loved her so much, why did he take that video? I believe that he is profiting or has profited from many of the videos that have been released to the press, and this is just one more.
I was hoping this particular video would be played in court. It would show the Judge exactly what type of person Stern is.

Simply put.. he had a hand in her death and also Daniel's .. but it is backfiring on him cuz she didn't change her will and he gets nothing.. kinda like what goes around comes around.. she did to him what was done to her(dead billionaire oil tycoon?) that little girl is not even his.. The courts should put that baby in protective custody with Child protective services.. all these vultures seem like they are holding her ransom.. do the damn dna test get the baby with her rightful father .. Anna Nicole was F@!#$ed.. why make this babygirl suffer and become the same as her mother??

why would any man stay with her for that many years just for the money? I couldn't stay with someone that long if I didn't care and love them but maybe some people are just evil enough to be able to do so.
Her being on drugs is her own doing and I don't feel badly about it
