My music and video freezes and sticks almost every.....?

few seconds, is it because I have a modem?? What can I do? Does anyone have this problem?

You have either a slow/bad connection or you have not enough memory to exercise the computer.

Yes you probably need a cable modem. If you have one then you need more memory or RAM on your computer
