I went from a 32B to a 32DD submuscular. The first day was really not that bad, I may have still been a little numb from surgery, and the week that followed I felt about the same but each day it seems a little worse cause I was like--come on when will I be able to move? It seriously took me like 5 mins to get out of a chair and I was determined to do everything by myself. I think it was around the 7th day that I all the sudden felt better but I think I did too much because I started bleeding and had to have a drain put in. That too was painful but after you get through it I promise you it is so worth it. I love the way I look and guys can say I like women to be natural all they want but the truth is that they don;t know. I have dated several guys that never knew they were fake. And my fiance before I got them always told me not to get them, that I was perfect the way I was and the second he found out I had gotten them he couldn;t wait to see them and can't keep his hands off them. So yeah, I think the majority of girls that get them are very glad they did and love the results.

I went from not even an A to a C. (submuscular) The first day is a major owie but I have a really high tolerance for medication so the percocet didn't really do much for me but take the edge off for an hour or so. I think the worst thing was feeling like I had an elephant on my chest when I woke up. It's a pretty tolerable pain after that first day, just sore shen you try to use those muscles to get out of bed and things like that and trust me you don't know how much you use those muscles until you have this surgery done! I won't lie, it hurts but it isn't anything so terrible that I wouldn't do it again! Recovery was pretty quick, the only thing I found was that I couldn't use my muscles enough to turn the steering wheel and drive for about a week but mine went in through my armpit so it may be different with a different incision. Also since mine went in through the armpit experienced alot of numbness from nerve damage down the back of my arms. I am almost 2 years post-op and the numbness is better but I still have some numbness right below my armpits.

I had mine done and I was in pain for about two weeks. I too was a small A cup and went to a full B. I think it all depends on how well you tolerate pain and how well surgery goes. It is kind of painful after wards, and I would suggest that you have someone to take care of you for the first 24-48 hours. You will have to go to your doctor's for a post surgery checkup the following morning. For me, it was an in and out procedure, I went in for the surgery and after it was done, I was sent home. If you get them done, make sure you do your exercises regularly, your doctor should go over all the pros and cons of the exercises.
I wouldn't pay too much attention to what others say about "why do you want to change your body", etc. Its not their choice to make. I wasn't happy with the way I looked, all curves but no boobs. Now I am really happy and my husband says that they feel normal like real breasts to him.
If you make the choice of getting implants, just make sure you get a good surgeon and make sure he goes over everything with you before hand.
If you have any other questions, please feel free to leave a message on my 360 page.
Hope everything works out for you.

I am a surgery coordinator for a plastic surgeon's office so perhaps I can help you out a bit.You can expect some mild-moderate pain after breast implant surgery for about a week. In addition, you will be bandaged up for about a week after. It does not really matter how big the implants are, as far as how it will affect your pain level. The surgeon should prescribe a pain reliever for you to take immediately after surgery, such as vicodin, tylox or percocet. Remember, every body is different so your pain level will vary from person to person.
