take a Lazar pointer and shine it on the floor in front of your cats and move it around on the ground or on the wall. Cats love chasing it!

Put your hand under a thick blanket(so teeth and claws don't go through) and move your hand around, my cats will try to tackle and "kill" my hand like it's a rodent. If they like to eat, set up a trail of food(or if they would fight over the food then put two trails.) seperate the treats about six inches, if there are two or more trails put a treat then around six inches to the left or right. Have the trails lead to a extra special treat. You can also make a cat nip bath by buying a small litter box and putting catnip in it. They will like rolling in it, smelling it, eating it, or chewing it.

Well you could go get one of those carpeted stands that has scraching posts. Or you could just get a remote-control hamster.
