My friend is having sex with a 12th grader and we are in 8th grade and I dont know what to do she needs to stop and there is one girl in our class with gentil herpies.

If what you are saying is true, then what is happening is rape. You are not the age of legal consent in the 8th grade, unless you are an old 8th grader. You need to talk to an adult and get your friend some help. Do what you can because your friend's life and emotional health may depend on it. Go to your parents first and tell them what is going on. Explain that you are concerned and you have good reason to be. Get your parents to talk to your friends' parents if they are close enough. It's a dangerous situation. She needs help.

Be honest. Tell her that he is just using her; remind her that he's disgusting for an 18 year old to sleep with a person 5 years younger. Then tell her it's very illegal (except in Hawaii), and that someone will find out and he could end up in jail, and she would be very embarrassed. At the very least he would end up on a sex offender registry for life, which would ruin his chances of pretty much anything.

Just tell your friends say "look...youve heard this crap before...but you're going on the wrong path that could leed to something worse then you expect. You could get Herpes, or even HIV or AIDS. You know as well as I do that this wont be the only person you have sex with if this keeps up so you need to stop now or you're going to really get hurt." Hope that helped.
