I am sure you've met many guys who has a high pitch voice. From experience, most of them seem to behave in a very openly homosexual way. A high percentage of them are like that, moreso that the average for most men. It leads me to ask, is there any relation between having a high pitch voice and being gay?

You know,I think some people are offended by this question. But I understand what you are saying. I also have noticed that gay guys that i have met or on t.v.,lot's of them do indeed have a high pitched voice. I have rarley seen a straight guy who talks like this. I think it is just a way for them to feel or seem more feminine. I don't have anything against it and I am sure that some people just have high pitched voices,but I know what you are talking about. Their voices do change. Please do NOT be offended. I just understand where this guy is coming from. xoxoxo-Amanda

I think gay guys try to have a more high pitched voice so they can sound like girls more. That would be the only reason I can think of for them wanting a high voice. Or maybe they all just got surgery that damaged there vocal cords lol.. hope this helps

Well for me I can sing very high notes, that some sopranos cannot sing. And yes I am an openly gay male, but with your voice and singing, you really cant help it if a guy sings high, or a girl sings low, its just how your vocal cords work, and no it doesnt mean that if a guy has a high voice that he is gay, but there are gay guys who do have high voices!

there's no physical correlation between a high voice and homosexuality. A high voice is a byproduct of a mixture of tense vocal chords, lack of proper diaphragm use, and the amount of resonance space in the sinuses. possibly homosexual males spend more time with females thus picking up their vocal mannerisms. no possible link could be proved... so it's all just a theory

Some young men are older before they develope the masculine traits of a male voice.
