I'm with Mediacom internet, and the box that's connected to my internet has been going out all day. I don't know what's making it do it but it's really getting on my nerves. I'm on broadband with them, and lately it went out 6 times in the last 5 minutes. Can someone please tell me what's going on?

First, reboot your modem; just unplug the power from it for about 30 seconds, and then reconnect it. If that doesnt' clear things up, then it's time to call their customer support center; they can run diagnostics on your modem, and/or let you know if there's an outage or other service issue in your area.

check your network connections..unplug the modem and wait a minute and replug it..i that dosent work try pressing a reset button on it and wait a minute before pluging the power in..if that dosent work call ur isp theyll help
