I had sex 2 days ago[[First time]] and started today it hurts so bad.
Why is this.
This girl said because sex.
But gosh, it hurts.

Did you start your period today? If so, that might just be normal cramps with it, or you might be cramping just before you start your period. I don't think it has anything to do with having sex, just the way it worked out this month for you, sorry. If you had sex 2 days ago, it wouldn't be a miscarriage cramping, even if you had gotten pregnant.

Lay down with a heating pad over your lower abdomen and try to relax. Good luck.

Mild cramping with a period is quite normal. As the poster suggested try lying with a heating pad can help. I also found that hot showers (not hot enough to burn myself though) was quite helpful and also a hot water bottle I found was quite helpful too.

The reason cramps occur is because the uterus is trying to move the blood flow out and it does so by causing itself to contract as the uterus is a muscle.

If you ever find that the cramping becomes such that interferes with daily activities on what becomes a regular basis pls see your dr.
