i have to meet with an entertainment lawyer, and i do not want to sound like an idiot, the meeting is for myself, and i need to put a proposal together for a fitness drink company to invest in my show, what questions or items i should be aware of, and if anyone out there knows where i could go to put the proposal together myself and save money. Please help

If this is about your show having a sponsor, I think somebody besides you needs to be the star of the advertisement. You cannot be it all or your show will not be worth anything. But if you cannot condone the drink, they don't want you to support it or advertise on your show. Do you even like this drink? Either that or you need to pretend that it is great on the show. How dishonest can you become then?
