Hey there...
Yeah it's okayish if you like being under the watchful eyes of the surveilance cameras inside, being in close quarters with foreigners, and paying too much (14GBP) for just having a chance to take pictures...which would be nice except London's skyline isn't exactly awe-inspiring, not to mention the Thames river's color is more reminiscent of a sewer. When I was in London, I read the paper everyday. One interesting article I found was about the most disappointing attractions in London and Londoners decided that The Eye deserved one of the top 5 spots in that list, along with Big Ben, and the Tower. Not to my surprise, most English people I spoke to agreed.
Just sharing my 2 cents.

Yes. In fact my husband & I were there this past November. What a marvelous experience. The view from the capsules were absolutely amazing and the most unbelievable photo opportunity! We took phenomenal pictures of Big Ben, Parliament, London Bridge & even Buckingham Palace (needed a zoom lens for that picture). Get there around 3 pm for the best sun positioning. Have a wonderful trip!

The eye is about the only really cool thing in London to see.. Everything else is not that spectacular incl the people.

My brother has.He said he was a bit scared at first,but then he said it was slow and relaxing.I cant wait til I go to London :D.

Yes i have and it is amazing. you can see the whole city from there and if you are afraid of heights you don't even realise the height when you are on it.

yes - don't go on if you are claustraphobic!!!!!!!! I think it lasts for around half an hour.. not good if you freak out
