I vote Winter Garden over Winter Park from the list. It's a decent area plus it's right beside Windermere which is a really nice area and has some of the best property values in Orlando. Plus it's the best time to buy in Windermere while it's a buyer's market. Several celebrities live in Windermere. Winter Park is old and most of the buildings in Winter Park look like they got stuck in 1975 :)

Tuscailla/ Winter Springs is also a really good area...+ some of the best schools in the country are there.

So from your list, Winter Garden otherwise Tuscawilla/Winter Springs or Windermere.

Winter Park but also consider West Orange, Dr.Phillips, and Windermere. Clermont is also good. Celebration has alot of events year round but lacks privacy. People who live there complain about the noise, traffic, and trash from these events. I think winter garden and pine hills are in the same catagory. Although pine hills is definitely the worst place to be in the city.

My choice would be Disney World, which technically isn't IN Orlando, and you cant actually LIVE there. (although I WISH I could- lol)

My sister used to live in Winter Park, it is very nice. I would like to live in Celebration, but it is a little too expensive for my budget.
