If you have to cut to distract from depression, if you have to cut to cause pain to feel better about yourself, you need to see a doctor or counselor asap. Life is a lot better if your doing constructive things rather than destructive things so continue with the creative outlets. Someone i love very much used to cut. She does not do this anymore when she finally came to understand her depression. Depression is a physical illness and it gets all complicated with our brains. Be patient with yourself and get some help.

Try a stuffed animal, and cut it whenever you feel like cutting yourself. I've been told it's very therapeutic if you do that. Or put a rubber band around your wrist and every time you think about cutting, snap it. It will give you a jolt of pain, but not the physical damage of cutting.

It mostly sound like your More full of anger than depression. Might i suggest try boxing perhaps Kicking someones tail in the ring or beating the puss out of a punching bag might do it. Also in a civilized manner try to seek consoling. And I don't mean your local bartender. And don't ever EVER consider suicide its a permanent fix for a temporary problem.

Jee,find out whats depressing you.Your obviously in pain and pain is the only way to express it.Went there once.I had to get back to God.Maby need medical help.
