copyright material is the stuff that's been produced for the purpose of making money, and the owner has filled-out paperwork to denigh the copying of it. if you hear it on a popular radio station,,it's copyrighted. if it's being broadcast on TV, it's most-likely copyrighted. Is the american way. The exception to this rule are the few public domain songs and movies , these are the products who's copyright time limits have run-out, and makes them attainable by all for no charge. Mainly *oldies* like *his girl friday*..and *reefer madness* are free as can be. Did you know *Night of the Living dead* is a public domain movie? So you do a search on lime wire, and notice a NEW RELEASE movie, there on lime wire, ready for download? for free? QUITE TEMPTING! but before you push the *download now* button, ask your self..who's put this thing on the internet? and would you feel okay walking into their living room? how bout them walking into yours? If it's a suspicious file, a good decision is to pass. How much is your song or movie worth, compared to the trouble that may follow? Most who think about it , should conclude using lime wire isn't worth the worry.
