My desktop toolbar got all messed up---it's on the right sige of the screen, vertically.....i need it to be @ the bottom of the screen, horizontally......HELP!!

Just put the cursor over the toolbar, left click and hold, then drag it to the bottom and release. It is that simple.

Hi. Answer 1 is correct. But go one step further and right click on the toolbar when it is where you want it and click "Lock the Taskbar" to prevent this happening again.

I believe you are referring to the Microsoft Windows Taskbar. Just drag it to the bottom of the screen. (To drag, press and hold the left mouse button, move the mouse to wherever you want to drag to, and release the button.)

Click and drag it back to the bottom.
