I need a lot of them and Michael's and Wal-Mart are pretty expensive. Any ideas for wholesale distributers?

None of these answers is giving anywhere to find them, at anything much lower than the price you've seen them. My best advice to to do a web search for them and look for a site that sells wholesale to the public.

try a smaller local hobby shop. a lot of times they have all that kind of stuff for projects and well hobbies lol
