I like thin but i sometimes need a med. or thick depending on the month...I am 11 almost 12...

before start and after the period usually its thin pads.
During the period its Thick - lot of bloods
Medium if not so many bloods.
Prefer with wings if your on the move or in action otherwise not.
Best option to buy those with leak channels that prevents blood from leaking since there are paths that deter it from going further instead absorbed it before leaking.

I like the thin, with wings. Otherwise it can get turned around with activity, nothing worse than an upside down pad. Sometimes at night I have to use heavier ones so I prefer the kind for heavy flow but aren't totally thick, again with wings and are longer.
I also use tampons on a regular basis, except at night. I prefer to use o.b. or playtex. Can't stand tampax. I always wear a thin, with wings pad for back up. I hate taking chances of accidents and with kids sometimes you get busy and can't always run to the bathroom.
I also like Instead. I like to use these at night, they are a plastic soft cup that holds the blood back. Which is a great alternative. Especially since they can be used up to 12 hours. And they have less chance of toxic shock (but you still have to watch out for symptoms).

If I HAD to use a pad, I prefer 1) thin because i am very tiny/skinny and bigger would be a tad obvious

Am I the only person on earth who hates wings? Because I can barely ever find any pads at the store without wings.

Thick with wings.
Thick makes sure you have a protective barrior so you don't bleed through. And wings are good to keep it in place.

i don't wear pads as much I prefer tampons. But when I don I like to wear the thinones with wings.

i rpefer the wings because otherwise the pad tends to peel off...it gets un-comfortable. and also, i use the medium because if u only have the light on u, if you have an accident you will need the extra support

thin and a tampon is the way to go cause it so much cleaner and easier.and the thin just in case. Plus easier to hide in pocket and to carry in your purse.
