Is threre any way to know who has found my stolen cell found?

The person who found it keeps it switched off but has he called one of my friends and he was drunk. Is there any way to track him?

Your service provider might be able to track your phone via GPS by calling your phone even if nobody answers it. Unless the battery is dead.

he hasnt cut it off yet so get gps cut on then track him
