How can it be a game when everyone loses in the end?

Yes and No.
It's as simple as "life is what you make of it."
There are no limits as to what you can do, which includes the ability to put limits on your own thoughts and actions.

If you look at life as a game, then it will be a game. All that matters is your own reality: you create it, you live it, it's in YOUR mind and you're the only one who sees with this particular Point of View. If you decide that life is a game, and you "play it", so to speak, you're creating boudaries in relation and response to your chosen reality. Already, you've closed the door to a different kind of life.

So if you don't want it to be a game, don't treat it as one. If you look beyond the limits that you and the people around you have set, you will see that the world is limitless. Nothing has to matter, you MAKE it important.

Pick you path and your priorities. It could be to see the world, to leave something behind, to have a happy family... whatever... it can be absolutely anything selfish or selfless.
The most important thing is not to box yourself into a corner.

Man, if you keep looking at it like that, you're gonna go into a major funk! It's true that most of us spend a great deal of time making sure our physical needs (and those of our family) are met. But we do also have time for other things. And we can find joy in the mundane activities of the day as well.

God gives us every day. And what a miracle it is! The world spins, the sun shines, everything we need is here for us on this Earth. Enjoy!

All of life is an illusion. Once we see past the illusions that we have had all of our lives we will begin to see true reality.

"'You don't see your prison because its bars are invisible....'" (A line I liked a lot from the book called "Way of the Peaceful Warrior"...there is more. I highly recommend the book. It is by Dan Millman).

The book, or a character in the book describes to another character that "disillusion is the greatest gift you can get. But, because of your fondness for illusion, you consider the term negative. You commiserate with a friend by saying 'Oh, what a disillusioning experience that must of been,' when you ought to be celebrating with him. The word dis-illusion is literally a 'freeing from illusion.' But you cling to your illusions."

Life is appear to you as you believe life is....and as you know it so be ready...knowledge creates belief or disbelief. Disbelief does not represent absence of belief, rather belief that belief is wrong...so it is all belief and manifesting accordingly. If you learn all of this, you will not burden Life with your beliefs which comes back to you with drama, but just let Life be in resonance with yourself. And if you are not burden Life with your beliefs what is left for you is to believe in yourself..Life will reflect back to you best...as it always does.

No I wouldnt say that. Its all about finding your true happiness and passion in life, make THE most you possibly can out of it. Its very worthwhile. I think of life as a dream, a state of consciousness. There are opportunities out there, trust me on this.

That's ALL there is??? You go to work in the morning, accomplish a useful task that provides something for someone else, get paid, and go home to a family you mean everything to. Next day you do the same thing. So what's your question? So what's your problem?

we spend our lives how we choose. if it is a game we are free to choose the rules by which we live. if we confrom to societies expectations and live a life that is deemed normal by the majority, then that is our choice.
