"Carnitas" - this is a Mexican dish traditionally made with pork, so it would be sort of a joke, assuming that you don't ever intend to eat this pig. On the other hand, it would be an accurate name if you do intend to eat it! In either case, it could be used for a male or female pig.

My Friends used to have a pig and they called it "Nixon" but I am sure that is way before your time so the humor in it.......
