You are probably not done growing yet,
I'm 15 and 6'2. Compared to 5'4 when I was 13. I took a huge growth spurt. And during that time I ate a lot of protein, and drank a lot of milk. I heard that it helps with growth. That probably does help a little bit, diet and all. So I would definitely pack on the protein, and the calcium, and hope you grow.
Why do you wanna be taller, I know most seniors in my high school barely reach 5'11, your tall compared to most 17YOs in my HS
Good luck!!!

ok I'm 13 and 5'8 I feel like a giant around all my firneds and I;m not sure why you would want to listen to me but hey I have a long while to grow and my parents didn't stop growing until colledge and my dad is 6'4 and my mom is 5'9. So I'm going through the same thing and I'm still growing. At least there are girls smaller than you cause there ain't too many guys that are taller than me so consider yourself lucky.

u could. If ur female, u might have till 20. If male, u could keep growing till 23 or so. From ur concern, my guess is ur a female. A good cross-check is to look at ur parents AND ur cousins, siblings. If they are tall, u will be too. If they are of average height or short, then theres a very small (dont get scared) chance u might have hyperthyroidism which overstimulates ur growth hormone.
Either way, dont worry. Most runway models are over 5'9"!

It all depends on genes, and there is no definite answer. But I would predict you might reach 6'2" or 6'1". I hope I reach this height. I'm six feet. You will still keep growing, but at a slower pace.

Yes,some doctors put the cut off age for growth at 25,although most of your growth has been done by 21.

You might have an additional inch to go. My son is 6'2" and stopped growing at age 18.

Yup; it's possible! How tall are your parents?
Ever considered basketball?
I was the tallest son in my family. I was 5'11" until I broke my back. Now, I'm 5'9".
Enjoy it. You'll get used to the old women asking you to reach something for them off the top shelf in the supermarket!!
