That every time I want to make fried eggs I break the yolks but if I'm making scrambled or omelets the yolk comes out perfectly?
Any ideas on this one or is it just another mystery of life?

Ok this is what you do.
make the egg think your gonna make scrambled eggs.
consiquently the egg will be fooled and come out perfect.
thats when you make your move.
instead of scrambling it, you fry it!

Yeah! in your face egg!

maybe when u make fried eggs u feel differently then when u decide to make scrambled eggs so that train of thought causes you to not concentrate and crack the eggs.

if that made any sense ;]
