Someone who doesn't talk much.Kinda keeps to themselves.Doesn't make much noise.

Do you mean what makes a person a quiet person? (in other words: why are people quiet, what do they think, i.e. what is in the secret inner life of a quiet person?)
My opinion is that quiet people just like being that way. They like to think and have their thoughts together before they speak.

A quiet person is somebody that stays to themself. Not much talking, is ok with being alone, doesn't need anybody else. Very content with their situation. Doesn't make a fuss over anything. Always calm.

Hmm, not sure...
But a quiet person to me is someone who sticks to themselves. Is still assertive in their own being, but doesnt need to flaunt themselves to feel at ease.
