Example of this would be a group of white indviduals sticking up for African Americans during the 1930's and 40's or Natzi's sticking up for the Jews during the Holocaust.

They are just good guys. There are a lot of them around. We just have a habit and stick everyone into a single stereotype character.

it is the ACLU or american civil liberties union... they are idiots they have often been found to fight for one group of people then turn around and fight against it on the same issue. The ACLU is the legal way to cry to our collective government MOMMIES and say HMPH...THATS NO FAIR... like the big babies our nation is becoming

I'm sure there is a name for it. I think it's 'human'.

Actually, I think they were just called 'Civil Rights Activists'. I'm not completely sure though.

have no clue. It has different names in different contexts. I dont know if there is a general name for it.
