Please give advantages of this type of govermnet, because I'm writing an essay about this, but I want some good reasons to talk about... Also, if you aren't bothered could you give some arguments to why a monarch having complete power over the poeple is not as good as the other type of government? =D Thanks...

If a leader is given unchecked authority, he/she becomes a dictator. Then we end up with leaders like Saddam Hussein and Jong Kim Il.

Well, think about it - if a monarch had complete power over the people, then it would be akin to a dictatorship and the fate of an entire country would rest solely on one person. Just imagine if we had another Hitler anytime soon...

A monarch is an honorary position-like the queen on England, or the emperor of japan. they serve at the will of the people. a dictator, on the other hand, enforces his will on the people, like Hussein in Iraq.
